Ok, I work at a doggy daycare and have been attacked by mulitiple dogs.(Bleeding/chunks missing out of my hand) I HAVE NEVER BEEN ATTACED BY A PITBULL!!! I have been attacked by a shep. mix,boxer,italian greyhound. And bitten by a husky mix and a bernese mountain dog.But, I don’t even hate those breeds. Every dog has an individual personality. Like someone else said also there is no such thing as a locking jaw it’s a myth. Alsomy freinds pitbull was attacked at petsmart by a black lab which latched a hold of her back leg dug her around(as she was screaming bloody murder just trying to get away) and she has to go into emergency surgery to get her ligaments in her knee put back together. So is it only pitbulls that can be aggressive? NO! It’s just the media chooses to only run stories on pitbulls because “that’s what sells”. Did you ever hear about the Pomeranian that mauled a baby’s face off? Of course no because that type of story won’t sell people love little fluffy dogs and are in denial that they are nastiest little things on earth.
